By installing, accessing, or using LimitlessMarkFlow (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not install or use the App.

These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you (or the entity you represent) and Limitless GMTech Solutions, Lda (“we”, “us”, “our”), a company registered in Portugal.

LimitlessMarkFlow is an Atlassian Forge app that provides a professional Markdown editor with live preview for Atlassian Confluence. The App includes:

• A full-featured Markdown editor with syntax highlighting and live preview.
• Mermaid diagram rendering — flowcharts, sequence diagrams, Gantt charts, and more.
• Markmap mind map visualization — interactive, collapsible mind maps generated from Markdown headings.
• Version history, content export, and Confluence page integration.

The App runs entirely within Atlassian's Forge platform infrastructure. No data is processed on external servers.

LimitlessMarkFlow is built on and hosted by Atlassian Forge, Atlassian's cloud app development platform. This means:

• The App executes within Atlassian's sandboxed, secure environment.
• All data storage uses the Forge Storage API, encrypted at rest by Atlassian.
• No external network requests are made by the App.
• Your use of the App is also subject to Atlassian's Cloud Terms of Service.

LimitlessMarkFlow is available under the following license tiers, billed through the Atlassian Marketplace:

Pricing is subject to change. Current pricing is always available on the Atlassian Marketplace listing. We will provide reasonable notice before any pricing changes take effect for existing subscribers.

As a user of LimitlessMarkFlow, you agree to:

• Use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and Atlassian's terms of service.
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Not use the App to store or transmit malicious content, malware, or harmful code.
• Maintain the security of your Atlassian account credentials.
• Ensure that your use of the App does not violate the rights of any third party.

Your content belongs to you. All Markdown content, diagrams, mind maps, and other materials you create using LimitlessMarkFlow remain your intellectual property. We claim no ownership over user-generated content.

The App itself — including its code, design, branding, and documentation — is the intellectual property of Limitless GMTech Solutions, Lda, and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App in accordance with these Terms.

All data created and stored by LimitlessMarkFlow resides entirely within your Confluence instance via the Atlassian Forge Storage API:

• No data is transmitted to external servers or third-party services.
• Data is encrypted at rest by Atlassian's infrastructure.
• Removing the macro or uninstalling the App permanently deletes all associated data.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Limitless GMTech Solutions, Lda shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the App.
• Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your data.
• Any interruption or cessation of the App's availability.
• Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code that may be transmitted through the Atlassian platform.

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid for the App in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your Confluence instance. Upon uninstallation, all data stored by the App will be permanently deleted.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be harmful to other users, us, or third parties. We will provide reasonable notice when possible.

We may modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify users through the Atlassian Marketplace listing or the App itself.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Portugal, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Portugal.
